Based in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, Pranav Gill is an accomplished car dealership general manager with over 15 years’ experience in the automotive industry. Having graduated from Nichols College with a BA in marketing in 2003, Pranav Gill joined The Herb Chambers Companies as a salesperson. In two years, he was promoted to new vehicle sales manager and in six years, he was offered the opportunity to run an Infiniti BMW dealership.
Pranav Gill served as head of the new dealership for over 10 years, building it into a top-performing location with 150 personnel. He increased revenue growth from $500,000 a year to $1.1 million, raised fixed absorption to 92 percent, and attained the highest profitability of 52 dealerships for six straight years. By the time he left in 2022, the dealership had a net profitability of $16 million.
Following his achievements, Pranav Gill received several awards. They include 2016 General Manager of the Year for The Herb Chambers Companies, 2017 Automotive News 40 Under 40, and the BMW Center of Excellence Award five times.
In November 2022, Pranav Gill began a new position as managing partner of Atamian Honda, a single point Honda dealership in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Since joining the dealership, he has revamped the location’s technologies, enhanced FTC compliance, and overhauled processes such as sales, marketing, and banking. Pranav Gill increased profitability within the first six months and achieved a top-five market ranking for new car sales in 2023.
